Refunds, Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your booking with full refund we require at least 48 hrs notice. Within 48 hrs and 24 hrs of your tour we can reschedule your booking free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will not receive a refund. If you do not turn up for your tour on time it is up to the discretion of Quack'r'Duck on whether we can reschedule your booking for another day. This will not happen during the very busy seasons. So please ensure that you arrive at our departure point in 7 Elkhorn Avenue at least 15 minutes before the stated departure times.
Refunds
In such cases either a reschedule or full refund is offered - which ever suits the customer wishes.
Tour cancellations and postponements
Quack'r'Duck reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour due to bad weather, bus mechanical issues or for any other reasons.
